How to Use & apply Signature on Your Outlook ?

  • Fill in your details in the form fields.
  • Check the signature preview carefully before copying.
  • Click Copy Signature.
  • Open Outlook and go to File > Account Info > Accounts > Signatures.
  • Create a New Signature or select an existing one.
  • Paste the copied signature into the signature editor. (Ctrl+V)
  • Set it as your default signature for new emails and replies/forwards if required.
  • Click OK and send a test email to verify the formatting.
  • If any image does not appear, wait a moment for it to load or re-paste the signature.
